We are reviewing our grant-making policies. We expect this process will take until the end of 2025. Please refer back to this page, where any changes will be indicated, before emailing enquiries. Thank you.
We regret that as we are a small, proactive team, we are often unable to support unsolicited funding applications or enquiries. For the reason above, we suggest you delay emailing the Director with grant enquiries until our process is complete.
Our method is to identify individuals and organisations which fit within our areas of interest, enter into discussion with them, and if we believe there is an appropriate opportunity for us, invite them to apply for a grant.
For those invited to apply, our process is relatively unbureaucratic. Corresponding by email, we simply indicate the information that we require, which usually comprises less than two sides of A4. Our Director deals with enquiries, and our Trustees meet six times a year to consider the invited applications.
In addition to our own research, we are fortunate to work closely with a number of funders who share our vision and approach and with whom we occasionally enter into co-funding arrangements.
We support many small organisations working for social change around the world through The Funding Network.
