Sanctuary Supported Living
SSL run a Women’s Refuge in Plymouth for 11 families (and up to 35 children) supporting victims of Domestic Abuse who have had to flee their homes in order to keep themselves safe.
Since the first Covid related lockdown earlier this year all programmes and courses that were previously delivered outside of the Refuge have been stopped. The majority of which have now been replaced with virtual sessions which are run through platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Support from FMF enabled wifi to be installed, to enable access to these sessions.
