Global Financial Integrity (GFI), a Washington, DC-based research and advisory organization, is a global leader in estimating the magnitude of illicit money leaving developing country economies. Indeed it defined the now well understood term “illicit financial flows”. FMF’s grant supports the GFI’s work to embed its Trade Mis-invoicing Assessment System.
