Beaver Trust
The Trust was established in 2019 to restore beavers in Britain to help build climate resilience and reverse the ecological crisis. Beaver Trust works through a network of organisations using a community-led approach to creating nature recovery networks, and using the beaver as a totem for reconnecting people with the rest of nature. FMF is supporting the team through the first year as they develop river restoration projects, communication, education and essential policy change including an international campaign ‘Beavers Without Borders’ and a new English Beaver Strategy with the Government and key stakeholders.
